Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Timelines

We aim to dispatch all non-customized orders within 3–5 working days of order confirmation.
  • Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
  • Customized or Pre-Order Products: Delivery timelines will be shared individually at the time of order confirmation.
  • International Orders: Delivery timelines vary based on destination and customs clearance (typically 10–15 working days).
Please note: Weekends, public holidays, or unexpected delays (such as weather, transport strikes, or natural events) may extend delivery timelines slightly.

2. Delivery Process

We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure your package arrives safely.
Here’s what to expect:
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking ID.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM – 6 PM.
  • Our delivery partners will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.
  • For large shipments (like bulk bedding or hotel orders), deliveries are made to the ground floor or society gate. Please arrange assistance for movement beyond that point.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:
  • A tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • A link to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner’s website.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
  • Orders below ₹2,000: A nominal shipping fee applies, visible at checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempt

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
  • If the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery delays or failed attempts may occur.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the order will be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.
  • Orders once marked as “delivered” by the courier are considered completed.

6. Packaging & Product Safety

Every Threadora product is packed using protective materials to ensure safety in transit. Before signing for the delivery, we recommend:
  • Inspecting the outer packaging for any visible damage.
  • Recording an unboxing video while opening the package (mandatory for any damage claims).

7. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it’s dispatched:
  • Please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
