Return and Refund Policy

1. Exchange Policy

We understand — sometimes, a product might not be a perfect fit for your space.
Conditions for Exchange:
  • Request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and images or video of the product.
  • You may ship the product back or request a reverse pickup (available at a nominal cost).
  • Exchange is valid for another item of equal or higher value.
  • Products bought on sale or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  • Once exchanged, an item cannot be exchanged again.
Exchange Timeline: 10–15 business days after we receive and verify your item.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for products that are delivered in perfect condition and match your order.
 However, we do offer a full refund or replacement in these cases:
  • Wrong item received.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.
To report such issues:
  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving delivery by emailing [email protected].
  • Attach clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
  • product packaging unboxing video is compulsory for any claim.
Once verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. (Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.)

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • After shipping, cancellations are not possible and will be treated as a return.
  • To cancel, email [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (unless defective upon arrival):
  • Pillow fillers and cushion inserts
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items

5. Damages During Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:
  • Mention it on the delivery receipt (if applicable).
  • Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • A compulsory unboxing video is required to validate your claim. Once reviewed, our team will arrange a replacement or refund as suitable.
